CA Wellbeing

CA Wellbeing provides resources and information to support mental health and wellbeing for our members.

Support for members

The Employee Assistance Program EAP services are available to all members (not just AU + NZ)  who are experiencing bereavement personal loss and isolation to COVID-19 outbreaks, and those who have been impacted by natural disasters such as earthquakes or floods. This confidential program supports you and members of your family through counselling services and can be accessed 24 hours, seven days a week. As a member of Chartered Accountants ANZ, up to three sessions are provided free of charge.

EAP services provide short-term, early intervention and solution-focussed support from independent professionals, such as counsellors and psychologists.

Call Converge International on 1 (Australia) or EAP New Zealand on 0 (NZ).

Outside of Australia and New Zealand members can call  + (an Australian number) and request a call back which we'll then be billed for.

We believe an important part of our role is to support the mental wellbeing of our members, and to also provide members with knowledge and confidence when dealing with mental health challenges faced by their clients.

We’ve brought some of the top mental health resources together in one place for members to access. We've also provided tools for our members to use for their own wellbeing, as well as their clients.
